Infrastructure Usage
Users are mandated to maintain the cryptographic integrity of their credentials once the vault is active. Any unauthorized entry into the UnioGate ecosystem through negligence of personal vault keys remains the sole responsibility of the entity holder.
API Connectivity
Our API follows the TLS 1.3 standard. Misuse of encryption headers may lead to automated circuit-breaking protocols.
Service Availability
UnioGate Infrastructure targets 99.99% uptime for core transactional routing. Maintenance windows are calculated using predictive latency models and are communicated 48 hours in advance via our encrypted status board.

Intellectual Property
The Kinetic Vault architectural patterns, proprietary encryption algorithms, and visual branding are the exclusive property of UnioGate Infrastructure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by governing international law, UnioGate shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from network fluctuations beyond our primary node perimeter.
